Double-Layer Learning, Leaders' Forgetting, and Knowledge Performance in Online Work Community Organizations

This paper constructs an online community organizational double-layer learning structure model based on exploration-exploitation models. In this way, the authors examine effect how as well heterogeneous teams affects work knowledge performance (OWCOKP) with leaders forgetting and without forgetting. First, results suggest inverted-U relationship between degree of different team member connectivity OWCOKP. Second, rate increases, connectivity, which leads to optimum OWCOKP also increases.
